mitchgroup links that matter 03/01/2009

  • This is a great checklist. I think unfortunately, most people aren't honest with themselves when they go through and answer the questions. The most important items on the list for me are being comfortable with the financial risk, ensuring your spouse is on board, and being comfortable with making decisions w/o a playbook. As I progress in my own business, I notice those around me who are less comfortable with rapid change and using "best guess" scenarios to choose progress over paralysis. Also seeing a lot of fall out from tech guys who believe that being in business means delivering technology...when usually it means SELLING THEMSELVES. Tough to realize ahead of time unless you're really in tune with your own SWOT's
