a blueprint for driving butts into seats at your next seminar

I fear that if I'd not come across this piece by Lee Salz called, "The Sales Dodo: Drive Attendance to Your Seminar"  I'd have fallen into every trap he mentions when we put on our Brand Amplification total immersion conference early next year.

The big takeaway was that EYEBALLS don't equal BUTTS IN SEATS.  No kidding but that brutally honest look at driving attendance opened my eyes. 

Whether you are hosting a paid event or a free one, driving attendance is challenging. All of the advertising in the world does not put "butts in the seats." It just informs people that you are having an event.
